Indexes and Databases

These electronic databases are licensed by Fogler Library.  Access is limited to students, faculty, and staff of the University of Maine.  Many of these databases provide access to journal article citations and abstracts, with some full text. Check with a librarian for further assistance.

19th Century British Pamphlets	The 19th Century British Pamphlets database was created by Research Libraries UK (RLUK) and is part of JSTOR Primary Sources. It contains more than 25,000 of the most significant British pamphlets from the 19th century held in research libraries in the United Kingdom. Throughout the 19th century, pamphlets were an important means of public debate, covering the key political, social, technological, economic, and environmental issues of their day.
